The League of Women Voters of Los Alamos will hold its annual meeting

Saturday, April 17
First United Methodist Church
715 Diamond Drive
Los Alamos

9:30 a.m.	Coffee, conversation and Silent Auction
10:00 a.m.	Business meeting
11:45 a.m.	Potluck lunch. Silent Auction continues through lunch.
12:30 p.m.	Speaker: Marcy Leavitt, director of the Water and Wastewater Division of NMED, on water quality issues

The public is welcome to join us for the speaker at 12:30 p.m.

What to bring

• Contact Renate Zinn 672-9681 to let her know what you will bring to the potluck or find out what is needed.

• Plan to participate in the Silent Auction, by contributing an item in good condition and by bidding at the meeting.

• Bring a copy of the March newsletter to the meeting.

• And bring your checkbook. Dues for FY 2010-2011, which begins May 1, will be accepted.

Nominations

Important positions remain to be filled. Please contact the nominations committee if you would be willing to serve. Some positions can be filled off-board if you are unable to attend board meetings. In addition, the time of the board meeting can be changed.
